If you want to travel overnight, this would be the most convenient option:
Zermatt 1913 - 2035 Brig :idea: the platforms for the MGB trains from Zermatt are situated at the station forecourt a short walk from the central station
Brig 2044 - 2235 Milano Centrale :idea: it takes about half an hour to walk to Porta Garibaldi, at night and with luggage it might be more convenient to use the metro instead: M2 direction Abbiategrasso or Assago, two stops
Milano Porta Garibaldi 2317 - 0938 Napoli Centrale

Fastest daytime option would be:
Zermatt 0613 - 0736 Brig
Brig 0744 - 0935 Milano Centrale
Milano Centrale 1000 - 1415 Napoli Centrale
