Hi. First of all i am from Turkey. I plan on travelling between 13 - 28 February. I haven't bought my ticket yet. When i was searching the internet, i found this: http://www.bahn.com/i/view/mdb/bahnintern/international/mdb_134930_interrail_prices_2014.pdf
According to this, there is a sale between Feb. 1. and March 31. My question is; must i buy my tickets between these dates in order to benefit from this sale, or can i benefit from it no matter when i buy it as long as i travel during these 2 dates?
In addition to that i would much prefer to buy my ticket using cash only, can i buy one in Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof personally, without any shipping?
Any information would be much appreciated.

To benefit from the sale you have to purchase your ticket in between these two dates.
It is no problem to get the ticket at the station in Frankfurt. Remember to take your passport/ID with you.
