Hi,

My girlfriend and I are travelling from Brussels to Bruges on the 30th of December and would like to stop at Ghent along the way.

Can anyone tell us whether there is one day pass ticket we could purchase? Or is it better to get two individual tickets for both journeys?

Many thanks!

Realised I should have probably posted this in the ticket section!

Sorry!

there are no daypasses in BE-only for buses. (well there are-but you get them only as compensation after heavy delays and mishaps from the railways-the name is sorrypass).
BUT; you are so lucky! On those days in the Xmas period there is the Xmasdeal-dayreturn for just 10 eur. BUT in BE you cannNOT break the trip on that. The cheapest add-on is to buy it anyway and IF you stop on Gent (thats the name) out, buy new normal tix G-Brugge. or take the bus for just 3 eur-this takes however 1 hr 40 mins and runs via Eeklo. Reverse if you want to break in G on the way back. You can catch that bus in centre Gent-which is some distance from main station-you have to take tram to there anyway too.
If you insist you can book online via b-rail.be, but tehre is not any reason to do so, unless you are the newbee techo who is unable to visit normal ticketdesks. BE now also has user-friendly ticket machines in most stations-select Xmas deal first.
