With a Friend I want to travel through Italy this winter, direction milan - messina (or, for the first, neapel). I would like to know, on which date Trenitalia publishes their winter time table. It is actually not possible to book trains on the trenitalia website or via railcc for the 15th of december and later. Does anyone know anything?
We plan to take a night train from milan directly to messina or catania at about 8 pm on the 26th of december.

Hej Caspar,

Trenitalia steadily uploads data for the upcoming schedule to their booking system - I cant predict though when the trains you want to take will be uploaded.
It seems that there are much more trains already bookable in the north of the country compared to routes in the south.
Since you are travelling so soon I can only recommend to regularly check the website to see if the new trains are already bookable.
