Hi.
I suppose the reservation fees for an Interrail pass traveller?
Then have a look here: https://rail.cc/en/interrail-night-train/bucharest-sofia-d-383/167

The regular sleeper does not run, only the 2nd class seated car (not really recommended). However, there are Russian and Belorussian sleeping cars attached to the train in Bucharest (coming from Moscow and Minsk) which can be used as well, a reservation in a 4bed sleeper should be around 10€.
However, watch out for drunk and even corrupt Russian sleeping car attendants who are reported to rip off travellers by charging too high fares or selling beds twice...if possible ask to get a reservation for the Belorussian sleeping car which has a much better reputation.
This probably is the most adventurous overnight train in Europe at the moment I think.
