I have bought a Renfe Spain Pass and booked three of the four journeys . I changed my first train booking from Madrid to Seville as our flight is earlier into Madrid airport. I then made the mistake of cancelling my partners ticket on his Spain Pass before rebooking on the earlier train. I cannot now rebook as the pass is now giving October 5th (this is the date of our second journey from Seville to Granada) as the start date rather than 2nd October when we want to start using the pass. I have emailed Renfe and they say there is nothing that can be done. Can you give me any help as to what I could do next?

Hi Susan!

Where did you buy the ticket?

Anyway, if you have contacted RENFE already and the said that there is nothing to do about this issue I fear we cannot help you either.
