Malaga - Madrid : 29/10

What part I will choose from this website ? Point to Point ticket ?

Hi.
I recommend point to point tickets, available here: [ux]https://rail.shop/acprail/renfe[/ux]
Select tickets marked as E-Ticket, NOT the ones marked as Paper Ticket (more expensive and have to be sent by letter to you).
After your order you get an email with a link to your e-ticket. Just print it out at home, this is easy and save. Then go to the train which you selected and which is shown on your ticket, enter the wagon and sit down on your reserved seat. :)

You have to buy Tickets and reservations, as you do not travel with a rail pass (Eurail or Interrail - not worth for these three trips!!).
Reservations Only is only a seat reservation WITHOUT a ticket. But a ticket (or rail pass) is of course required!

Refunds
1. The RENFE product cancellation policy is as following:
RENFE E-TICKET
Cancellation must be made before departure.
20% penalty as a cancellation fee up to 1 day before departure.
RENFE PROMO E-TICKET
Cannot be cancelled or refunded once purchased. (Please note that this policy is subject to changes)
2. Refunds are limited to completely unused tickets and will be granted only where permitted under the terms and conditions set forth below or elsewhere in published documentation. No refunds will be granted on partially unused parts or inclusive packages; documents must bear no evidence of having been tampered with in any way. No refunds will be given on reservation/booking fees. All requests for refunds must be submitted to the office from which the passes or tickets were purchased.

normal is just like it says; FULL fare (often expensive for the superfast AVE), can be changed and get money back if cancel on time
Prom':low fare, MUST book fixed before, money lost if no show, a bit similar to how airlines work.

Hi.
What is your order-ID (beginning with AA) and when did you bought?
Just give me the information by email.
Please check your spam folder in your email account as well.
After the purchase, you get an email with the link to your ticket.

Another Question

I want to change my trip plan

instead of going to Barcelona from Madrid , I want to go to Malaga

I bought Renfee ticket to Barcelona : 63 $ 22/10 8:07 - 17:05

The ticket to Malaga : 50 $ 23/10 8:25 - 10; 45

instead of asking refund , can the railcc company change the ticket from it's side without making refund procedure ?

Regards

Hello.
You can only get the ticket refunded (see above) and buy a new one. You can not change these Spanish e-tickets. I'm sorry - and I am not invented these rules.
Peter

P.S.: you have an email with refund details.
