Hi, I bought a seat reservation ticket from you two days ago and I received it today.

I noticed that your website says: When booking seat reservations for pass holders: please double check that the word PASS is printed on the seat reservation ticket, thus representing that it is a seat reservation for a passenger that is traveling with a rail pass (https://rail.shop/acprail/reservation )

But when I checked the ticket I received, I found there is no PASS printed on it. Is it a problem? Thank you

Do you have a pic of the reservation? Or tell us at least what is printed on the reservation. Thanks. :)

Hi.
No need to post in the forum and send an email. We answer everything in very short time. :)
The reservation I saw on the photo you send me is correct - see my email reply. Just enter the train and sit down on the given seat. By the way: for the connection Zurich-Munich (EC), there is nor reservation required.
