Hello, I recently bought a interrail global pass. I read from the website that I can get a 50% percent of when I take the Viking line ferry. The crusise is for two nights and one day. I just wonder if I use the discount does it count for a travel day. Thank you.

Hi!

Did you purchase your ticket via the railcc partner link ? If so, contact Peter with your order ID to get upgraded to Premium status. If not, please ask at the ticket outlet where you bought your ticket. Thank you.

Hi.
That's sad to hear. :| So you should ask this other company for your help. As it is not fair to buy somewhere else but to ask here for free support. railcc is not the support of other companies.
Yes, you can buy reservations here on railcc - it is an extra service. railcc does not earn money with reservations. Often the best option is to buy reservations directly at a railway station.
Shipping (Interrail pass, paper reservations) to the UK is FREE within two business days.
