Hi,
es gibt 2 Fährverbindungen, der Klassiker Calais-Dover oder (von Holland aus die bessere Wahl) Hoek van Holland-Harwich. Wenn es unbedingt der Eurostar sein soll am besten auf der Hompage nach billigen Angeboten schauen, Sparpreise gibts ab € 45, also deutlich billiger als der Passzuschlag.

I am sorry to reply in English but I do not speak German at all!
This may be of help to your route planning. In June I travelled from Amsterdam to London using the Stena Line night ferry from Hoek van Holland with a Sail-Rail ticket. The ticket included the 1 hour 25 minute trip into London. I took a cabin on the ferry so my costs were more than the cheapest fare which you will find on the Stena Line website. The connecting trains in the Netherlands will of course also vary depending on which ferry you choose. The times for my trains gave me the maximum time in Amsterdam with the latest possible arrival at Hoek van Holland to meet the ferry's check-in deadline.
The journey was very pleasant, and I enjoyed a good a three course meal with some newly made friends. :D

To return from London to Paris I took the Eurostar. The advance booking special (seniors) fare was 47.50 EURO (made four months in advance). This was much less than the normal passholders fare. :)

Und definitiv NICHT den Eurostar benutzen mit der Interrail-Reservierungsgebühr, da diese schlichtweg eine Frechheit ist.
