Method of collecting of Interrail Global Pass in Bulgaria

Hello :)

My name is Deyan, I am from Bulgaria and next weeк I plan to place order through railcc online shop for Interrail Global Pass 10/22 days. I plan my first day on the trip to be 22.08. I'll choose express delivery (1-3 days) and I am interested about method of delivery of Global Pass.

For greater safety I will write my work address, but I wonder if Global Pass must be delivered to me personally or can be given to another person, located at the address?

And if Global Pass have to necessarily delivered to me, and I absent, can Global Pass be submitted to someone else?
