This may sound a bit crazy, as this year`s tour will start in september ( Prague, Bratislava, Budapest, Siofok, Zagreb, Rijeka, Ljubljana, 16 days). But I just came up with an idea for next year.
I`m planning to go in june, for about 3 weeks, maybe 4. There are some things I want to see and do, but maybe you have some ideas, what else to do, or for other places I really should see. Having been to southern Scandinavia (excluding Finland), last year, I will revisit some places, but only the nice ones ;) So, here`s my plan:
- Aarhus, Danmark (haven`t been there, yet, but is said to be nice, stay 1 day)
- Aalborg, Danmark (the same as for Aarhus)
- taking the ferry from Hirtshals to Kristiansand, Norway
- Stavanger (been there, but maybe this time I`ll visit the Preijkestolen)
- taking the ship to Bergen, Norway (went by train, the last time)
- Bergen (stay one or two days, do some hiking)
- take a trip with the Flamsbanan (didn`t have the time, last year)
- Oslo (have been there, so this time stay for just one day)
- Stockholm, Sweden (sleep a night in the Jumbo Hostel, an old 747, transformed into a hostel. I found it too expensive, last time, but being an aviation geek, I really should do it)
- take the ferry to Turku, Finland
- Lahti (visit the famous ski jumps, the ski jump museum and take a swim in the pool in the outrun of the largest jump, as this sound funny and crazy)
- Helsinki (with a visit to Ahvenisto, to see the abandoned pool at the lake, which was part of the olympic games in 52. I have seen pictures of it, and I find it very fascinating.)
- take the ferry from Turku to Stockholm
- Gotenburg (very nice, worth another visit)
- take the ferry from Helsingborg to Helsingor, Danmark
- stay for 2 days at Koge (nice little town, nice campsite. Visit Copenhagen, as I really love this place)
- Odense (love this place as well, really nice city, very relaxed)
- back home
I`m planning to sleep in a tent and cook for myself, most of the time, I`m neither a party animal, nor a culture geek, so a nice mixture would be great! So, what do you think?

Hi.
Still some time to plan ... :)
But looks interesting! The next days we will publish a blog about the trip of Flow and me going up to the north of Finland, Sweden and Norway ... it's a bit away from your planed route - but you shouldn't miss it. :)
Peter :)
