Hi everyone, new to the railcc community, and new to interrailing too!
Just trying to plan a route just now, although it is subject to change as we are booking as we go, except for our first and last destinations, which we have already booked.
I have not done much traveling before, and prior to my research beginning, my geography knowledge was terrible, I had no idea where to go at first. I've been doing a lot of research and this is the rough route we think we'll follow:
Amsterdam > Prague > Brno > Budapest > Salzburg > Lake Bled > Ljubljana > Verona > Venice
I was just wondering if this seemed like a good route? I'm worried I've not chosen the best places, or it will be samey, or there are better places near my route that I am missing? Also any general advice on any of our locations would be much appreciated :)
Another thing, I am traveling with my boyfriend and we are going mid August to early September (roughly 25 days) and our accommodation budget is maximum £20 per night, will it be okay for us to just book hostels as we go, maybe a day or two in advance, to allow for flexibility?
Thanks in advance to anyone who responds to my babbling post full of silly questions, haha.

Hi...
If you have 25 days, you could add some more stops on your way from Amsterdam to Budapest:
Berlin, Prague, Krakow, ...
For bookings have a look at the links above in the bar ... [ux]https://rail.shop/hostelworld[/ux] and so on ...
If you sleep in dorms, you can get cheap prices.
To support the free information and the forum on railcc, please be fair and buy your official Interrail pass via our railcc partner link: [ux]https://rail.shop/interrail[/ux]
Thank you! :)
Peter :)

Amsterdam ; Prague ; Budapest ; Ljubljana : Great choices ! These cities are very beautiful, and people very nice.
To sleep for a cheap price (around 15 euros), I advise you these places :
- Amsterdam : Camping Het Bos
-Prague : Marabou Hostel
- Budapest : Hi 5 Hostel
You can also search here : [ux]https://rail.shop/hostelworld[/ux]
Enjoy ;)
