Hi Everyone,
I would like to book tickets from Paris to Berlin the 1 august but i can't on Deutsch bahn, they don't propose me the reduced price ( approximatively 11euros). I'm forced to pay at least 119 euros.
I've tried so many times and i've tried from this website, from DB directly..
Is there someone who can help me ?
Thanks in advance,
Flore.

Hi Flore.
What exactly do you want to buy?
1) A reservation only as you travel with a rail pass ?
2) A standard point to point train ticket ?
Do you want to travel by direct night train or by day train connections?
Peter :)

Hi Flore.
Day or night train?
If you talk about the direct night train connection then just follow the description given bellow the map here: https://rail.cc/en/interrail-night-train/berlin-paris-cnl450/19
If you do it exactly like explained there, you can find the reservation only for EUR 11,50. An other option is to buy it at a railway station.
Note: You can not travel for free in your country of residence with Interrail.
And I hope you bought your Interrail pass here on the recommended website - as it is not fair to ask here for free support but have bought your rail pass at an other company. railcc is not the support website of other companies with poor support.

You can just send me (by personal mail) your order-ID (PNR) of your purchase in the railcc shop (it's the one beginning with AA). Then I can set your profile to PLUS for more help and more details. :)
I just tried out myself and it worked fine.
Peter :)
